These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Test - Create quizzes mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules. If you are under the age required to consent in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with parental/guardian consent.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. The Service

The App lets you create, manage, and (optionally) share quizzes. Certain cloud features require an internet connection. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time to improve the App, comply with law, or protect the service.

4. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create (“User Content”).
• License to operate: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate the App and according to your visibility settings.
• Public content: If you publish content as public, other users may view and download it. You are responsible for what you publish.
• Prohibited content: You may not upload content that infringes rights, is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or violates applicable law.

5. AI Features

If the App provides AI features (e.g., quiz generation), your prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

6. Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google’s terms. Pricing, renewal rules, and cancellation options are shown at purchase time. We do not store your payment details.

7. Limits, Archiving, and Expiry

To manage costs and maintain quality, the App may enforce plan limits (e.g., number of quizzes, storage, AI usage). If your subscription expires or you exceed limits, some content may be archived and become unavailable for editing or sharing until limits are restored.

Archived content may be retained for up to 12 months. After that, it may be permanently deleted.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security, abuse limits, or reverse engineer protected parts of the App.
• Upload malware or interfere with the App’s operation.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if required to protect users, security, or compliance. You may stop using the App at any time. Account deletion options may be available in the App.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI outputs are not professional advice and must be reviewed before use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will indicate the effective date and, if changes are material, we may notify you in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
